Voting of server

Okay Willy I'm not sure but when I saw the amount of votes on the minestatus.net box, I noticed there were hardly a lot of votes (not sure about other sites), and that (hate to sound dumb) could be the reason of having hardly any players. The server is 100 slots big and the max I've ever seen on is an average of 20. Usually I see at least 10 in the morning and like 4 in the afternoon. Maybe you should offer rewards for those who vote, like certain blocks and the more they vote the more things they can get like idk, for creative maybe a 24 hour session of world-edit for like 10 votes? This could encourage the players to vote and for new ones to join, and well don't votes make the server more recognized?
