How to get more players and machines and warp ideas. (For Factions)

    How to get players on:

    Number 1: Place this ip on every website frequently.

    Number 2: Tell players to bring friends.

    Number 3: "Drop party if we get 20 players!" Usually helps..

    Number 4: Try hosting quests and stuff.

    Number 5: Events and competition.

    Ideas

    Trading machines

    Warps that take you to forest snow biomes etc.

    Pixel art given by users, if a creative server comes use the pixel art.

    Quick warps

    History room (Tells the story about animal craft)

    COMBAT TAG

    Spawn delay (Home, tp, etc.)

    I'm loving the quests idea. Like, for example, if a faction wants to become more powerful, then they have to complete quests. The more powerful they want to be, they have to complete harder quests or dungeons! I like the warps idea. However, if we would do that, only do it after 1.7. This is so there will be a warp to every new biome, and start the creation of really cool faction bases.

    The warps idea I might do for the Factions and towny. It will be where people do a command and then they will be teleported in a random spot in the map.

    Quest I will add when I make a RPG server. I will need to find a plugin that can do that :D

    I have an idea,
    Create a server with players that can explore and complete quests while the map is filled with dungeons and stuff.
    You can create bosses, secret mobs.
    And keep the server updated with new content. Make a second server hosted for mods and stuff so they can add to the map.

    Yep that will be a RPG server. Only issue is that most of the servers have custom plugins that they use. I don't know that much about java so I cant really make a plugin to do that. I am still looking.

    I feel the with the drop parties things would lose value very quickly, and with that people can get bored with servers :p
