    I feel like staff is a mess. They don't ever come on, the spawn is all unclaimed, mobs spawn, shop is missing tons of stuff, train shop doesn't even work. I just think that not a lot is being done to improve the server, and the staff isn't helping at all, and never comes on

    The staff are on allot. All the issues you have seem to be towny issues. Towny is still in Open Beta and we are trying our best to get all the issues fixed in our busy lives. Do keep in mind some staff do background work such as making plugins etc. We are doing our best on improving our server and making it better. If you have any ideas on improving it go make a post and we will be happy to read it. About spawn being unclaimed there is 1 spot next to spawn that says it is unclaimed but it is. Some people it shows unclaimed and some it does not. We are working on fixing it but we have some more bigger bugs to work with.
